Rich and lively espresso blend. Also popular with locals as a drip coffee. A blend of Deep Woods and Dark Cove Roasts.
Named after the mysterious mountain that rises above Cherokee. Stories of intriugue surround the mountain. Uktena was said to have habitated the mountain. In the Cherokee language the name is "a sti la wa i" or "Fire's Relative." We made this espresso to feel and taste like that.
